The room where I teach is light and airy with views of the garden through the panoramic windows as well as views of the trees through the skylight as you lie in semi-supine.

When you find the front gate, do come through to reach the front door, if you have made an appointment I will be ready to teach you a lesson.

You will feel more comfortable in loose clothing (preferably no hoodies), as you learn through this hands on technique how to perform regular movements such as sitting, standing, walking and semi supine.  You will be asked to take your shoes off.
